| HS-SES is a web-based service that takes information about students and jobs, then matches them using a variety of criteria, including age requirements, skills and experience, the student's interests, their driving ability and the hours and time of year they're available to work. The system communicates through e-mail and allows for on-line access by students and employers as well as staff or volunteers.
We understand that every community is different. HS-SES can be configured in a variety of ways to match the particular needs of your students, employers and supporting organization. Some schools have a dedicated group of volunteers who can be empowered using the software. Others may not have a volunteer base to tap and need a system that can operate without a lot of intervention. HS-SES can meet the needs of both groups and everything in between.
Being internet-based gives users the flexibility to access the system whenever and wherever it's convenient for them: at home, at school, at work or at the library.
